Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us within 14 days of your delivery arriving and we will exchange or refund the item.
Let us know that you require a refund or exchange through our ‘Connect With Us’ page. Once received, we will process your request within 10 working days and send you a refund confirmation email. Please allow about 5 working days for payment to appear on your statement. In order to receive a refund or exchange please return the items to us in the original condition. You can post the items back to us or return them in store. If you are returning them in store you must have your receipt or email proof. If we are providing replacement items and your original order was not incorrect, damaged or faulty then you will be charged for delivery. For example, a change of colour or size of garment from your original order at your request.
How to refund or exchange?
Let us know that you require a refund or exchange through our ‘Connect With Us’ page. Please provide details of whether it is a refund or exchange along with your reasons why, e.g. unwanted item/size difference/ wrong colour.
Items must be returned to us in the original saleable condition, otherwise an exchange/refund will be void. Your online order may be posted back to us for a charge or returned in-store for free. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of your returns postage. For your benefit, please retain proof of postage of your returned goods. If you are returning to store, please bring proof of purchase, such as your order form or email confirmation.
Please contact us immediately if you discover a fault with your order. We will be happy to arrange for an alternative item to be sent to you.
